Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in the Sites and its products, services, content—including trademarks, symbols, slogans, text, data, images, audio-visual content, graphics, or layout—are owned by Amigatronic or our third-party licensors. These materials are protected by applicable laws.

• You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, store, transmit to any third party, exploit, or use any item on the Sites except for normal web viewing as a user or potential user of Amigatronic’s products or services.
• Do not remove, hide, modify, or interfere with copyright, trademark, or authorship notices.
• Do not create hypertext links or other connections between the Sites and your site or third-party sites without Amigatronic’s prior written permission.
• Do not frame, deep link, page scrape, mirror, or create a browser or border environment around the services unless explicitly permitted in writing by Amigatronic.
• Do not use automated devices (e.g., robots, spiders) to access, copy, monitor, or reproduce any portion of the services or circumvent their navigational structure.
• Do not reverse look-up, trace, or harvest personally identifiable information about visitors or users without express consent.
• Do not disable, circumvent, or bypass measures used to prevent unauthorized access to the services, accounts, systems, or networks.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services or disrupt, interfere with, or abuse the Sites, services, security, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks.
• Do not upload, design, develop, distribute, or transmit harmful code (e.g., viruses, worms, malware) that may damage hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment.
• Do not impose an unreasonable load on the infrastructure of the services or interfere with their operation.

Third-Party Websites and Data Collection

Amigatronic is not responsible for third-party websites or applications linked from the Sites, including advertisers. We disclaim all liability for content, advertising, products, services, advice, data use, or personal data processing on such sites, which may differ from our policies.

Personal details provided to Amigatronic will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third parties, such as Facebook, may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect information for measurement services and targeted ads.

Limited Refund Policy

End-User Agreement

Our products are exclusively designed for final end-users (B2C). By completing your purchase, you confirm:

• You are buying the product(s) for personal use only.
• You are not acquiring the product(s) for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes without explicit written authorization.
• Unauthorized commercial use may result in immediate account suspension, termination of services, and loss of future purchasing rights.

Prohibition of Reverse Engineering: Our products, especially those designed for retrocomputer systems, are provided solely for their intended use. Any form of reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or replication is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.

Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase. We cannot be held liable for errors or discrepancies once the order has been placed.

Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum order value ranging between € 5 and € 15, depending on the product, is required. Orders below this thresholds could not be processed.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: Orders totaling over € 350,00 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

Maximum Order Limit: The maximum allowed amount for a single order is € 500,00. For orders exceeding this limit, please contact customer support (Contact Us) to arrange multiple orders.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including Revolut Pay (*), bank/wire transfers (IBAN/BIC, immediately furnished via email after placing an order )***, credit/debit cards (**), and PayPal (*). Note that PayPal when available is active for orders with a net cart value under € 50,00 only.

*** Orders with pending payment are automatically cancelled after 4 business days from the order date. If payment is not received within this period, your order will be cancelled and reserved items will be released back to stock. Please note if it is the first order and payment is not received within 4 days, the related account will also be permanently deleted, including all personal data, saved addresses and password. Any subsequent re-registration attempts and related orders from the same individual will be automatically identified, cancelled and permanently deleted without prior notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with EU law. You agree that any dispute or claim related to the Sites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the EU, except that Amigatronic reserves the right to seek protection for its intellectual property rights or confidential information in any court.
