Supported Shipping Zones
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, high-risk regions, or extremely remote areas. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location. For any questions regarding shipping to your area, please contact our support team.

Shipping Costs

• Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing, adverse weather conditions or other reasons.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence so that we can assist you in filing a claim. It is important to sign conditionally on delivery!
• In the event of a lost package, please contact our support team, and we will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Additional options, such as PayPal (*), may also be available depending on your location and subcart's total less than € 50.00.
